This document is a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Nifontov Dmitry Dmitrievich (Taxpayer ID (INN) 590412647486, PSRNIE (ОГРНИП) 326595800108154), hereinafter the "Provider", addressed to an unlimited group of individuals (hereinafter the "User"), and contains all material terms for providing access to the premium features of the SleepApp mobile application (hereinafter the "App") when paid for by bank card via YooKassa on this website.
If payment was made via the App Store or Google Play (in-app purchases), a separate offer from a different provider applies — it is available inside the App itself, under Settings → Terms of Service.
Payment for the service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer, in accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Provider grants the User access to the App's additional (premium) features: extended sleep statistics, personalized recommendations, notifications, and achievements, as well as ad-free use of the App — for the period corresponding to the paid plan.
Payment is made by bank card via the YooKassa payment system, or via the App Store / Google Play — depending on the method chosen by the User. Access is activated automatically upon payment confirmation.
The "1 month" and "6 months" plans, when paid via YooKassa, automatically renew for the same period and at the same price at the end of the paid period — the bank card is saved with the User's consent at the time of the first payment. Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time in the personal account on the website; access remains available until the end of the period already paid for. The "Lifetime" plan is a one-time payment and does not renew.
The Provider undertakes to provide access to the paid features for the duration of the plan. The User undertakes to provide accurate data required to activate the subscription (the email address linked to the account in the App).
The User has the right to cancel the service and request a refund for the unused portion of the subscription period by contacting support@sleepapp.ru, in accordance with Article 32 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights". Refund requests for the "Lifetime" plan are reviewed on a case-by-case basis if submitted within 14 days of payment, provided access has not been actively used.
The Provider is not liable for the inability to provide the service due to circumstances beyond its control (failures of the App Store, Google Play, YooKassa, or internet service providers).
The offer is valid indefinitely and may be amended by the Provider unilaterally, with the new version published on this page.
